Lina María Navas Casas

Lina Navas (she/her) is a Product Designer at Stranger Creative, where she brings ideas to life across digital and print media with an optimistic, light-spirited approach. She partners closely with team members and clients to create thoughtful, human-focused design solutions that connect strategy with creativity.

Before joining Stranger Creative, Lina worked at a boutique advertising agency serving clients across Latin America and the Caribbean. There, she shaped campaigns for sectors ranging from sustainable agro-industry, to non-profits to beauty and tech —including Schwarzkopf, Pallete, Racafé, and IBM.Versatile and open-minded, she brings a wide-angle view of how design moves brands and people forward.

Outside the studio, Lina is all heart and curiosity—she loves exploring new cuisines, trying bold or boring new hobbies, exploring cultures, and collecting stories that give life its color. She also volunteers as a design mentor with La Paguer, an emerging initiative focused on building digital marketing skills and creative capacity in rural communities, currently working with youth in Quibdó, Colombia, a predominantly Afro-Colombian city.

Yasmina Hashemi is a Senior Project Manager at Stranger Creative, where she leads complex, multi-workstream programs across brand, content, and digital experience. She brings a structured yet adaptive approach to project delivery, connecting strategy, creative, and operations to ensure work is executed with clarity and momentum. Yasmina works closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate ambitious ideas into cohesive, high-impact outcomes.

Before joining Stranger Creative, Yasmina held project and program management roles across award winning agencies and brands including TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, Pendo, ANINE BING, and MOTHER Denim, where she led integrated campaigns, brand initiatives, and operational systems for creative teams. She has also worked across cultural and nonprofit spaces, developing programming and editorial platforms that center emerging artists and alternative narratives. Yasmina holds a degree in International Relations from University of British Columbia and studied Communications at Simon Fraser University.

Yasmina is currently based in New York, after working across Los Angeles and Vancouver. Outside of work, she is deeply engaged in cultural research and storytelling, with a focus on contemporary art, media, and emerging digital communities. She enjoys writing, curating, and exploring new cities through their cultural and social landscapes.
