Tausha Menaquale

Tausha Menaquale (she/her) is the Director of Program & Operations at Stranger Creative, where she leads program oversight, champions organizational strategy and operational excellence with a people-first approach. She partners closely with clients and internal teams to finesse systems, ensure high quality outputs and supports a culture of creative flow, efficiency, and sustainable growth. Known for her high EQ, collaborative spirit and transparent communication, Tausha helps shape environments where both business and people thrive.

Before joining Stranger Creative, Tausha served as Head of People & Operations at Ebco, where she guided company-wide initiatives around culture, training, and organizational development while streamlining operations and optimizing team structure. While in NYC, her experience at Havas, ?WhatIf! Innovation and SapientNitro refined her expertise in resource management, operations, and workplace experience. Tausha holds a deep passion for fostering cultures grounded in empathy, transparency, and accountability.

Now based in Minneapolis after 12 years of East Coast living, Tausha brings warmth and humor to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family (2 human kids and 2 fur kids), exploring new restaurants, baking her famous salted chocolate chip cookies, and crafting anything she can get her hands on. As a self described “Jane of all trades,” and enneagram Type 3 achiever, her green flag is that she can do anything she sets her mind to.

Yasmina Hashemi is a Senior Project Manager at Stranger Creative, where she leads complex, multi-workstream programs across brand, content, and digital experience. She brings a structured yet adaptive approach to project delivery, connecting strategy, creative, and operations to ensure work is executed with clarity and momentum. Yasmina works closely with cross-functional teams and clients to translate ambitious ideas into cohesive, high-impact outcomes.

Before joining Stranger Creative, Yasmina held project and program management roles across award winning agencies and brands including TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, Pendo, ANINE BING, and MOTHER Denim, where she led integrated campaigns, brand initiatives, and operational systems for creative teams. She has also worked across cultural and nonprofit spaces, developing programming and editorial platforms that center emerging artists and alternative narratives. Yasmina holds a degree in International Relations from University of British Columbia and studied Communications at Simon Fraser University.

Yasmina is currently based in New York, after working across Los Angeles and Vancouver. Outside of work, she is deeply engaged in cultural research and storytelling, with a focus on contemporary art, media, and emerging digital communities. She enjoys writing, curating, and exploring new cities through their cultural and social landscapes.
